Hello. We wish you all the best, the loss must have been enormous, but at least starting a new will make a better place, based on your knowledge. Right now Simmerville has many young Sims growing up to adults and I think some might be interested in moving out. But I think they will move through the SUN Exchange system. Have you posted a note there?
