Sunny Villas will rent for $750 a simday, two villas [3bd/2.5bth] are rented to hood residents-one villa remains open for rent. TAXES & FEES: -$250 per birth for certificates, midwives and misc tasks associated with the birth. -$1000 entrance fee for private school/per child -$250 per plot at the local cemetary PREGNANCY CHANGES: -The Hood Council has voted to reinstate a pregnancy period of 3 simdays to slow down population growth in the hood-this is effective immediately. RETIREMENT: -A mandatory retirement has been passed for elders 73 simdays and older. Any elders over 73 simdays that are currently working are not subject to the new rule, but elders less than 73 simdays MUST retire upon thier 73rd simday birthday.
