Eligible local residents pay a one time fee of $500 plus regular tuition to study at this prestigous university. DEMOLISHING COMPLEX LOTS: -The Hood Council has approved a motion to demolish all complex lots except for the apartments downtown. It is now required that families of 3+ members must live in a single dwelling home. To accomadate the growing need for more housing, the Hood Council has approved the building of four budget (<$20,000) single dwelling homes on Autumn Glen that will be rented to local residents. No moves to overturn the Surname Property Law were made.
