COMMUNITY LOTS
-The Hood Council has approved several construction and remodeling plans for local community lots: The construction of CupaJava Coffee Shop, owned by the Kent family, the addition of a second level to the Strip Mall which will add five more offices available for rent and increase revenue for the hood by 35% as well as a beautification of Celebration Park. The Hood Council is currently reviewing if the Family Fun Center should be demolished as there are two downtown lots that serve the families with same facilities.

UNIVERSITY FEES & CRITERIA RESTRUCTURED
-�1000/academic year for tuition
-�500 entrance fee
-�500 study aboard fee [Academica le Tour]
-�15/academic year for books & supplies
-Eligible students must have a C or higher and at least 8 skill points. Only six students from Apple Valley are allowed in the university dorm.
