HOOD PREPARES FOR OFB EXPANSION
-The Hood Council is making prelimerary plans to prepare for the new expansion. All residents interested in starting/converting a business must register thier business name, type of business (service/product) and value of the business.
DOWNTOWN RESIDENTAL LOTS QUICKLY SOLD THIS MONDAY
-The two most sought after properties downtown were quickly sold this past simday-monday. The two lots in the Loft District were sold for upwards of §45,000. The lofts included a large bathroom, loft bedroom, high ceilings and unfinished basement for future living space as well as the jewel of downtown living-a rooftop garden. Two more properties are being developed in an area that will be known as the Glammywood Hills. The properties will feature contempary bungalows, posh furnishings and sleek modern fixtures. The properties will go on sale next simday-Monday
