HOOD PREPARES FOR OFB EXPANSION: Update Phase Two
-After careful survey, the Hood Council has approved plans for three shops in the Riverbend Shopping District: including a clinic with gym equiptment, plastic surgery and medicine services; a clothing store (already reserved by Luis Herendez) and a general retail store. Also, plans for the Thomas Dawson Arts Complex are being accepted

HOOD COUNCIL ABOLISHES GIFTS TO GRADUATES
-In an effort to free up neccessary hood finances, the Hood Council has suspended simolean rewards to recent graduates. From now on, graduates will need to find support from thier natal family and outside jobs.
