 Hello Simborough residents, and those few other hoods that are out there.

Simborough currently has 6 Business lots up for grabs. These are:
6 Bridge Brook: 4 x 5, 12,000
8 Bridge Brook: 3 x 5, 8,700
10 Bridge Brook: 3 x 5, 8,700
12 Bridge Brook: 4 x 5, 12,000
10 High Road: 4 x 2, 4,200
12 High Road: 4 x 3, 6,800

All these lots are currently vacant with absolutely no building works started at all and are therefore up for grabs for Simborough residents or those in other hoods looking to expand their business or simply start up in Simborough. All applications must come via me through the above email address and then to Hood Council and must include
1) business propersition
2) whether you currently live in Simborough
3) If you currently own any other business and if so..
3a) what these are
4) Your net worth to establish an equilibrium between business starters and entreprenours
5) a short passage detailing how you think your business will add to Simborough's Hood

These lots are only available for a short while so please get your business plans into us as soon as you can.
