Residents of DimSimTown and others,

This will only concern residents living in New DimSimTown! since our hood is a bit too large we desided to sell the part that was last added to SimCity. And This part is New DimSimTown.
This doesn't mean residents living there are no longer welcome, this just means that those residents will need to find a house in one of the two other parts of our hood; DimSimTown (main) or DimSimDownTown. The hood will help where needed!
We want everybody moved by the end of local day 20! Residents who don't want to move and want to live in SimCity, please let uw know asap!

*New Hoodcouncil will be elected on local simday 15*

Today we are local day 13. In 2 days there will be a new hood council. The will be there from the start of day 16 untill the end of day 30. Unlike now there will be much more members in the hoodcouncil. This is necesary since our hood is bigger and still growing and too much for just one person to handle.
The new hoodcouncil may create new rules and laws for us to live by.

We desided to follow Simmerville in this one! There are only 10 community lots allowed in the main hood! In DimSimDownTown there will be no limit. To open or buy a community lot in DimSimTown (main) or DimSimDownTown, you will have to contact the hoodcouncil to get their aproval!
Home businesses can be started as you like, you don't need the aproval of the houdcouncil!
To get sims to buy community lots, to get to the enterpreneurs in you, there will be an auction to sell lots! Most of the lots will be sold at halve the price. We hope residents with dreams and ambition but not a lot of money will be able to get their hands on a lot. The auction will take place on local day 15! At the local park in the main hood!
