Local rules will be implemented, ie that all households keeping a dog or pet should fence in a minimum of their outdoor area. Before simday 65 we will pay out §1000 to each household in order to assure that the plan is completed during simday 65. We ask all households who plans to get a dog to fence in some of their outdoor areal, minimum 25 ground tiles and remember to include 1 garden gate (for emergencies). If you already have a fence or spend less than §1000, you must spend the rest on trees/shrubs on your lot. *** Call for a new webmaster *** Emilda Glitz has quit, and will only help with the site until a replacement has been found during simday 64. Appliers must: - reside in Simmerville - be adult - have at least 2 creative + 2 logic + 2 mech skills - like animals (because of Age of Pets) Please send your application to me during simday 64. The pay is §200 per simday, and you will be able to manage another fulltime job, too. *** Group Lists *** We urge everyone to pick up your phone and check that you are listed on the Group Lists your are supposed to. Everyone should be on 1 family Group List (i.e. "Shalloe family") and most of you on one Career list maintained by the Advisor (i.e. Politics). If you find you were not listed, contact your family head or career Advisor. *** Via Victor reopened *** The large community lot, Via Victor, was demolished some time ago. It has now reopened and offer a recreation area where you can bring your pets. There is a small outdoor restaurant. *** 1 more business lot *** Because Via Victor was the 10th resident owned community lot but is now owned by the hood, the Hood Council has decided to add 1 new community lot on New Simmer Lane. The lot will be for sale on simday 65. Anyone who is interested should contact me as soon as possible (locals only, please).
