Hello Simmerville residents who live at Test Lane or in the Box Living houses.

The Hood Council has decided to reserve Test Lane for newly established families. The houses will still be among the smallest in the hood, and no household can stay there for more than 15 simdays. Two generations count as the same household in this matter.

Jones, Tammer, Briggon and Light: You are asked to find somewhere else to live no later than on simday 25 (tomorrow)

Snakespeare and Brybrey: You have lived there for less than 15 simdays and can stay until you reach 15 days.

We also like to announce that the 4 Box Living houses are no longer available. Sue Valentino, Butterfly Swims and Blenda&Fritz Moulino, please move somewhere else. You might be interested in the new Single Sims Homes at 9 New Simmer Lane.

There are not a lot of vacant houses at the moment, but with the new possibility of merging households, we hope that you will all find somewhere to live.

This is all done in order to make it easier for new households, and to reduce the total amount of households in Simmerville. Thank you.
