 Family news:

There seems to be a twin boom in the hood as there were 3 twin births lately, two of them today. Welcome all new residents. You can see who they are in Simmerville's HOOD section.

Economics:

The Hood council had found that we can no longer offer a start budget of §20000 to new households or Sims moving out. Starting right away, a household changing address will still gain §20000, but the money will be registered as a bank loan, and must be paid back right away or within 15 simdays.
When returning from the University only §10000 will be considered a loan.
When switching address directly by moving in with another household without visiting the immigration central (familybin), §20000 will not be gained and there is no bank loan involved.
We ask parents to support children who move out, financially.

Politics:

In 2 simdays (after local simday 30) there will be new Community Right holders, and also a new Hood Council. If you are looking to achieve a Community Right you should make sure you have good skills, a good job, politics interest, and friends outside household/family.
