Apple Valley recently restructed the Hood Council and had elections for the new Hood Council.

There are three Hood Council Members that are voted in every 15 simdays or via a special election once one member dies. Each member recieves a $1000 stipend for thier term in return for weekly meetings with the Hood Council, governing a small board of REPS and bi weekly meetings with thier associated board. REPS are not elected, but are selected by the council members through a means of applications and/or nominations.
