Dear Ron, thanks for your reply. Yes it would be nice to receive some more info and some photos. I am not an expert but I have plenty of time and patience to share with horses. The horse that I last nutured was an old ex race horse, gracie was quite big and edgy, however by the end of my time with her she was very affectionate and loved being around people, she was 25 years old, her owner decided to take her back whilst I was absent from my property, he claimed he wanted to breed from her, I don't know how she will go as his other horses used to bite her rather badly and bully her, she was skin and bone before I became involved in her care. The owner seems to like going on breeding rampages, we had 9 of his horses on our property as he did not have enough feed for them. I would love to see some old horses retire on my farm and enjoy the friendship I would offer them. Hope to hear from you soon Louise
