Hi Susan,
I can understand why you don't want your number up there as you may be held to blame for their condition and don't need someone dobbing you in for something like this that you haven't done! I don't blame you for trying though- i have in the past kept on eye on three horses that had nothing done with them and were left with no water for days if i didn't check them. The oldest was 27 and they at least had a rug on her, but with her arthritis, she would roll and get stuck in her rug and couldn't move till i helped her out. I hate it when people do these things- if you can get the RSPCA to do something then that is all you can do. At least you have tried to help them out. Don't put yourself in a position to be blamed for them, but you have done alot so far.
