Subject: Ceri mun. Am financially fecked and can't make a useful one-off BUT I know I could do a monthly payment if subs is required. Also, can do HTML, CSS, DHTML, JS and various other poncy shit and would be more than happy to contirbute to helping build a site if you need someone to do some of that kind of work. Pro bono, natch.
