She licks his paw untill it is clean. "Do you have a name or mother? Would you like for me to be your mom?" She licks the pup to make him look clean.

*Sits all the while whining pitifully until the trap is off. He then barks happily and bounds towards Winifred with his three good legs,then stumbles. "I ok."he says looking to see if anyone saw him fall. He then bounds again at Winifred and says politely "Thanks for rescueing me. No, I no have any mommy. And no one ever named me. I would love to live with you!!!"

I cant think of anything else." She looks at him and gently laughs. "While you think about it come on, I will carry you home." She picks him up by the scruff and carries him off to Arctic Land.
