陳祖澤進出政界 任馬會董事13載 2006年9月1日

63歲的陳祖澤，1964年在香港大學英國文學系畢業後即加入政府，任職行政主任，其後轉為政務官，曾任前港督麥理浩的私人秘書。1978年他首度辭官，轉到新鴻基財務任行政董事及總經理。兩年後重返政府，先後出任新聞處長、副布政司、工商司、教育及人力統籌司等職務，一度被視為首任華人布政司的熱門人選。1993年他宣布以私人理由離開政府，同年11月加入九巴出任董事長至今，陳方安生在同年底獲港督彭定康委任為布政司。

陳祖澤曾擔任馬會董事13年，過去4年為馬會副主席。他在港養馬多年，現時名下擁有兩匹現役馬，分別是曾取得1勝的「真功夫」及未曾出過賽的「真有運」，另外5匹馬已經退役。
