視力模糊或患乾眼症


眼睛看不清，原來未必與近視加深有關，或者是患上乾眼症的病徵。眼科醫生提醒，乾眼症絕對不能輕忽，因為它會導致視力模糊，甚至造成眼角膜永久性的傷害。

乾眼症最常發生在曾進行激光矯視的人身上，而經常使用電腦、長期在戶外活動，或有服用高血壓藥物，甚至是服食避孕藥的人亦很大機會患上，但女性患上乾眼症的比率更是男性的兩倍。要了解自己是否患有乾眼症，可以嘗試拿著試紙測量，正常人5分鐘內淚水分泌量可沾濕試紙達10毫米，一旦淚液分泌少於5毫米，即為乾眼症。

來自台灣的眼科醫生吳立中表示：「乾眼症嚴重的時候還會有痛痛刺刺的感覺，就好像有人在拿東西刺你的眼睛一樣，眼睛太乾其實也會反應性的流眼淚，像切洋蔥一樣不正常。」

要紓緩乾眼症問題，有兩種方法，第一種是於早上塗滴人工淚液，晚上睡覺時擦上可以保濕的眼藥膏；第二種方法就是塞淚管，人的眼睛內側上下各有一個淚管，總共四個，主要就是從淚管道鼻腔、喉嚨等腺道排出淚液，所以如果有乾眼症的話就可以把淚管塞住，這樣排出去的淚液比較慢、比較少，留在眼睛裡的水分就會比較多，眼睛會比較濕潤、比較舒服。

吳立中表示，透過塞淚管緩減淚液的排泄是一個簡單又不太痛的治療方法，由專業眼科醫生執行，不到一分鐘就能完成。他建議，市民應該多讓眼睛活動，多喝水、少抽煙，多補充深海魚油，便能避免出現乾眼症機會。 (都市)
