...purchase a small scale and place it by your fridge...before opening the door jump on the scale so you will be motivated to eat something healthier such as fruit or veggies instead of junk...dont stop working out...if u have lots of muscle already dont weight train as much, but load up on cardio exercises! dont get too thin that style is out! toned and healthy is hot now!!
