Subject: A little raid...

The name is Hewitt Swordsong. Some of you may know me, some of you may not. Anyway, here's the deal. I was originally part of the 13th Beaverian Elite Brigade, a task force of the Beaverian Nation. We were headed to DMC to assist in the reforming of their government. I had settled in well at DMC...but, the Beaverian Elites insisted that I come with them when the continued their journey.

I deserted. I fled, afraid of the Elites' wrath.

I came back five months later. I talked to a few old friends, and found out that a fellow beaver named Winslow had shown up after I deserted. He claimed that he was me, and led a series of assaults against the Cove, and even attempted to conquer it.

It is thanks to this Winslow and his minions that Beaverians are now shamed at Dark Mouse's Cove. Winslow and his minions, some of which being Bobert Bridgewood, Xavier Allrise, and Percival Counterblade had ruined my life.


I am going on a quest to intercept the 13th Brigade's fleet, raid, and destroy it. We will slay key Beaverian figures aboard the ships. I need a good crew of about 15 to execute this.

Who will join me, to destroy the treacherous Beaverians?

Their fleet is but a few leagues from here. We can intercept them on the morrow.
