What if you could not drive, or could not afford to buy or keep a car on the road car. What about the youngsters leaving school at sixteen or even later until they can get a permanent job and become able to buy a car.

What about young families where both parents have to work and cannot afford to keep two cars on the road? The buses from Ebbw Vale to Abertillery via Cwm which is the sortest and quickest route only run from Abertillery 8. 30 in the morning and last one back from Ebbw Vales is at five.
