Dear David,

Thank you very much for sharing so openly with us all.

As someone living in Sussex, and who left Aber as a very young child, unfortunately I'd not really be of any use to the site/those searching for loved ones and/or answers to local queries etc. However, thanks to the site and the generosity of yourself and others, I have been greatly helped in my endeavours and would hate to see its demise. That said, there are only so many hours in anyone's day!

I take on board that finance is not the issue for you, but could it be precluding others from helping? If so, might we all be able to make some contribution, whether one-off or annually? Only a thought and hope it doesn't offend anyone.

I wish I could offer some practical support, but seems on this one I'm stumped! However will happily contribute in other ways if it would be useful.

Again my thanks David for all you've done for me and many others and all you continue to do.

Wishing you all the best both personally and professionally,

Charmaine.
