Subject: empty properties

Hi there

My husband and i are on the look out for an empty property to renovate in the area, not terraced............. doesnt have to be currantly on the market,but must be vaccant something slightly unusual with character, small school house, church, derelict cottage around 10 miles radius so if you have spotted a place with ivy growing out the window let me know
