"Tyleri", I believe, is the welsh spelling of "Tillery". According to Page 8 of "The Abertillery Group of Parishes, Parish Profile" published by the Diocese of Monmouth there are two meanings for the word "tillery":
"1. The house of St. Eleri and
2. The house of Eleri (also, sometimes known as Meleri), grandmother of St. David."
