Subject: knife attack(Vivian Street)

I am trying to find out some information about a man who threatened to harm himself in vivian street, Abertillery. I used to live in this road with a friend, and as i have no way of contacting her now, i would like to make sure she was not involved as the story involved a domestic between a man and his girlfriend.
