I think one of the big problems in Welsh Rugby at the moment,is the alcoholic culture.I know its a not just a problem in Wales but all over the UK.How much talent has been lost in Wales to drink,it's not such a big issue in England because they have 400.000 players.In Wales there are only 30 000.Getting a Welsh Cap today is not as special as it was 30 years ago.
I lived in New Zealand for 2years 1973 to 1975,and I've been back many times since.The thought of playing for the All Blacks is as strong as ever,if not stronger.
