Dai - is it worth considering whether any of the more onerous jobs can be offloaded/shared around? I can well understand how much of your time the site takes up and I fear we will be hard-pressed to find anyone else willing to put that amount of effort in long-term. But maybe if Santa had some little helpers it might seem a little less daunting?
