Hi George

It is bog-standard solicitor's work so far as will-making is concerned, although it is pretty straightforward anyway unless you want any unusual clauses built in. You can in fact pick up a DIY will-making pack from WH Smiths etc which may well do you. Worth a fiver or whatever it is if it does the job and saves you £100s in solicitor's fees.

So far as tax is concerned you are really looking to a financial advisor. However can I point you to a good finance website which may well help - Motley Fool http://www.fool.co.uk. I have got loads of very valuable financial advice there which I am sure has saved me a lot of money.

Martyn
