Fair enough. But the road markings are the same ie they indicate to give way on the hill. And while 9 times out of 10 cars will turn up the hill I have several times waited for an oncoming car with no idicator showing and it has gone straight along the old road. It is used for access even if it is a no through road.

How much work/cost could be involved in burning off the old markings and painting new ones?
