I knew roy and colin very well. I also worked in six bells pit at the time of the disaster. Roy worked at roseheyworh colliery before going to six bells pit, i also worked at roseheyworh but i dont think colin did. they were both excellent workers and had a good name at six bells. I can remember meeting roys daughter Janet who came to collect roys wages one friday afternoon, it was the DONE thing then.I havent any photos but if you require any more information please contact me.
