Subject: Ebbw Fach Development trust?

The above as far as I know was wound up last year. I see in today's Western Mail that a day nursery in Cwmcelyn, Blaina is seeking staff and that company involved involved is run by the Ebbw Vale Development Trust and the Tredegar Development Trust supported by Blaenau Gwent Council. My question/point is is there any such trust now batting as it were for Abertillery and the Ebbw Fach valley since the demise of the Ebbw Fach Development Trust. If not, why not? Whilst on this occasion, the two trusts above involved seem to be aiding the Blaina area, I would assume by the titles that they stand up for the interests of Ebbw Vale and Tredegar. Are Abertillery, Llanhilleth and the Ebbw Fach valleys once again losing out?
