Subject: Tracing WARFIELD Family Connections

I have been tracing for some time now my paternal Grandmother's WARFIELD ancestors who originated (as far back as I go) from Glastonbury (1790-1796). From there in the late 1700 to early 1800's they migrated to the Somerset coal fields and then in the late 1800 and early 1900's to the coal and iron industries of Monmouthshire and Glamorgan. I have an extensive family tree with conections to other areas of the UK and the coal fields of the Eastern USA. I am looking for more information on WARFIELD's still residing in Gwent/Glamorgan and especially the Abertillery, Cwm/Ebbw Vale and Tredegar areas also any other 'budding' Genealogists who are researching this surname.
