i visit my hopme town every month and i have to agree with you the shops are rather grubby and not a very good atraction for the town of abertillery.
I have had businesses in the town and in fgact have sewveral in Poole AND Bournemouth, MAY I MAKE A SUGGESTION TO ALL THE BUSINES OWNERS IN THE TOWN.Take a look at the front of your shop, When did you last wash and clean the front, this was always my first job at the Pontlotyn Store way back in the 50s and it the first job of the day now for my staff, its no excuse when you see weeds and grass growing outside some shops in Church Street !! You see its all very well looking to blame others but!! the buck stops with yourselves, get out there Every morning wash, sweep and maybe a coat of paint, then see the difference in the way people see the town and guess what ? you may well attract more customers in fact i GAURANTEE it!
