Subject: Street??? - Memory

Woolworths on the corner then you would start a steep climb up a street to houses on a hill. My Auntie Irene and Nelson Smith lived on this street on the left and her only daughter lived on the right though their house stood alone and there were many steps to get to the front door(posh house). This street just seemed to climb upwards forever though this is a memory of a little girl. Can someone tell me what this street would be. Many thanks.

Re: Street??? - Prior to the 1970's Woolworths was in Somerset Street very close to the corner there was a very small shop on the corner but the front dor was I believe actually in King Street.   - Re: Street??? - I forgot about bywaters row i cannot remember when they knoked it down and I left out Princess Street all three noe end up in Princess street if you took a short left it would tkae you to Rhiw Parc road and on up to Heol Gerrig and if you took the right Pantypwddn.
