Your question on peggy spout makes me remember as a boy with my two brothers visiting this area many times.
From high street in Six Bells along a track towards graig row, peggy spout was basically a stream that exited through a large diameter cast iron pipe.
The site was where Six Bell Lido once was situated I believe.
There was a small holding along the track I think was owned by Wally Tippins, pigs, chickens and turkeys were kept.
I do not know of any farm owners above the spout.
