[> Heavy hearted -- Daughter of Light, 23:46:36 11/29/03 Sat [1]

The damsel stood solemnly, withholding her deep ache to stretch out her muzzle and take the pain of one hurting so deeply. However, her heart told her that the pain that overcame him was not physical in nature. Instead, she reaches her soft mug to her grandson, whispering softly, "It's not your fault. He knew his time." Slowly the former monarch turned liquid chocolate eyes to the two rebels that had neared the body of Dog Soldiers. She stood passively, allowing them their right to grief or closure or whatever they sought. Surely the more youthful of the pair did not expect them to not catch the resemblence with the fallen one, but she would remain silent unless he first spoke to her. The mare felt at much at fault for Dog Soldier's death as Xiaoyu did, and that emotion stayed her lips.
