Hearing another equine's call, the fae halted, her silken feathers swirling about her hooves in mild agitation at the sudden lack of motion. Dark fathomless eyes settled upon the sterling mare, though no recognition brightened their depths. Her head remained aloft as her auds pricked questioningly in this stranger's direction, her two-toned tail caressing her flanks as she resumed her initial pace and approached the one who had called to her.

.:Can I help you?:. she asked, her voice clear and as emotionless as her gaze. This mare was not one to let her inner secrets shine through leaving the impression of a cold, aloof personality encased in a block of stone. And stone she appeared with her grey pelt, complete with tresses carved from the finest ebony wood and inlaid with alabaster veins. But on the inside, she was heart and soul, just like most every other creature that dwelled within the mountain range. Contained within that impassive facade was a burning curiosity as to whom she was was speaking to and why the stranger had called to her in the first place. But who was she to question the femme's motives; at the very least she'd be increasing her rather meager list of acquaintances.

Hearing the cool words, the femme realized that though she might remember this fae of similar hue, the other had been too young then to rememember her. Azure orbs sparkled, the only piece of her that seemed truly alive, the rest encased her soul, a cool barrier betwixt her and the world. After allowing an appropriate pause, she spoke, her voice cool and welcoming all at once.

.:.I was about to ask you the same. I am glad you have chosen to return home. It has been a long time Elven, a long time.:.

Her ebony and ivory tresses intermingled with one another, dancing along the morning breeze. Her sooty limbs held fast, their motion for once was obsolete. The sea ebbed, and the sea rose, tides were like life, happiness..saddness...happiness...saddness... The sterling shela flicked her chiseled dial slightly, freeing her of the ebonite tresses the obscured her field of vision. The sound of the sea, and the sight of the fae before her made Daughter of Time flinch. Such reminded her of Shazaam, and his unreasonable coolness. Obviously, whatever she had done to alienate Shaz must have affected his daughter as well. Ah well, such was life. She would just have to deal.
