Slowly the stallion entered, after a long time that he had spent at his own tt. There were only tow things on his mind, getting this young filly healed and, well, the other he didn't really want to say. He stopped before looking back at the injured youth.

Auburn crania is thrown about before stopping upon the palomino mare. He sighed once more before noticing the return of the former king, Steel Dream. It was then he felt his heart fall into a sea of despair. No, it couldn't be true. Things just seemed to be getting worse upon his part.

Ignoring his emotions he opens his mouth to let out a simple call, but nothing came out. He was speechless at everything that had happened. He remembered the fact that he was on a mission at this point of time. But still he couldn't help the soft tears that were that swelled up his eyes.

But what was this, was he actually crying because of what his eyes had seen. Ears are slowly pinned along his finely chiselled crania. He wanted to run far, far away, but being a coward just wasn't in him. He stands still, not wanting to move an inch.

He slowly looks down towards the filly once more and groans. He had certainly gotten himself into a big situation this time. He slowly takes a step forward, hoping that DOL would notice the unearthly presence that was himself.

-Magic Hour-
-The time that dragons flee the sky-
-The time where blood paints the clouds-
-And demons wake to come and play-
-Watch it pass, a deadly beauty-
-One rich with love and forboding-

Filla moans, lifting mutilated forleg in the air. Butterscotch optics follow the path of the brute that had led her here. Slowly, the tiny dove manages to pump her three working legs to keep him in her sights. Nervous drops of sweat roll of her redwood pelt as her gaze wanders toward the strangers. Then again, it was she who was the stranger, she thought. Would the lights help a foal of her kind. Worry paints the youth's tiara as she casts her line of sight down, mostly to keep an eye out for rocks and the like that could harm her any further...although it made her feel less noticable when she did this.

[> Whoa what's this. -- Ellie, 20:55:46 07/24/03 Thu [1]

Upon seeing the darkbay stallion she instantly trotted over to investigate. The stocky sterling mare glared at him, her dark reflective eyes passing over him with distaste. Then her glance changes from impudent to concerned as she transferred it to the filly. "What did you do to her?" She shot angrily, automatically assuming the stallion had injured her. Whether or not this was true was still under debate.

Arrival -- Daughter of Light, 22:06:57 07/24/03 Thu [1]

"Do with him what you will," she informs Ellie brusquely, trotting past the mare and Dog Soldiers callously. She had far too much to handle right now without the addition of one who wished her to betray her love. Dismissing him from her mind, and vowing to thank her back-up later, she gently approaches the filly in such pain. "Don't worry, we'll have you fixed up in no time," she says kindly, not talking down to one younger or of a differant alliance than her. Pain did not discrimate, and she cared for any who fell under its tyranny. She reaches out a comforting muzzle, resting it on the shoulder of the injured leg. Her magic, which had for so long remained dormant, woke at the need of the young one and flowed sleepily into the leg, like a cat stretching after a particularly good nap. Assured that the blunt of the pain had been eased, she inspects the wound carefully. Painful indeed, but not a difficult healing. Closing her eyes to rely on her sense of magic rather than her vision, she knits the injury together with the skill of one who has practiced her trade for many years. Touching the filly's shoulder again to provide an extra wall of relief against the pain, she returns to the worst part of the healing, for the one healed, at least. Steeling herself, she fires her power through the leg, burning out infection so natural healing can keep it healthy. She opens her eyes, quietly observing her patient and hoping she had not been too harsh after several months without healing. "Are you feeling better?" she inquires hopefully.

The pain he was feeling at this moment in time was unbearable, why? Why did love have to hurdle him over that steep cliff of no return. Still, he made a vow and he was going to stick to it, as much as he felt that all was lost.

He ignored Ellie's presence, he couldn't care what they said anymore. He slowly lowers his darkened head, his mug almost touching the fragile ground. His ebonite mane falls over his eyes, how he wanted to beat himself against the elements that were around.

He tightly closed his eyes, tears slowly begin to pour down his cheeks. They burned his skin before they dropped to the ground. Never in his life had he ever been subject to unhappiness until now. Perhaps it would of been better if he had chosen another healer, then he wouldn't of known.

Maybe it would of been better this way, he wouldn't of been hurt in the long run. His long, ebony tail lays limp along his hind legs. Never in his life, had he ever felt so low. But there was a first for everything, this should of just come earlier.

[> Get out. NOW. -- Ellie, 11:49:54 07/26/03 Sat [1]

"As much as I feel for you because you love the Light mare that you snuck and who already has a mate, I will not hesitate to hold you captive if you do not get out, NOW. I will escort the filly myself back to where she came from," she said dangerously, her temper flairing with solar proportions.

Butterscotch optics flare a brilliant red from the burning flame her temper had given birth to. Previously injured leg in driven into the ground with enough force to make a fully primed clydestall run in the other direction. Nares flare threateningly, leg is driven into the ground a second time and twin peaks flatten against skull in the same instant. Where I came from is where I was nearly killed!!!! Dog Soldiers could have let me die when I came to him but he didn't!!!! He saved my life!!!! You aren't gonna touch him!!!! Filla roars at Ellie, temper so wild control was impossible for one of her age. She felt very strongly about the stally and didn't care what he'd done or how Ellie justified her own enragement. The tiny dove barely knew her "savior" but savior he was, in her mind at least, and as long as she saw him that way she'd die defending him. For better or worse, that loyalty was iron cast, as the tiny demon would be for the rest of her life...when she decided something, that was that. Nothing would change her mind.

[> Yikes -- Daughter of Light, 13:48:21 07/26/03 Sat [1]

She raises an eyebrow sharply at the audacious filly standing before her. "Where you came from is where you would have been killed, had I not healed you. While I do not beg for gratitude, I at least deserve your respect until you depart. Ellie, the mare you are currently berating, is my second in command, and she earned her position well. If you are going to treat your hosts in such a manner, then you can take your flippant tail out of my home and find yourself a new place to live. As long as you are reasonable, you may stay, but on our terms."

[> What is up with all this?! -- Ellie, 21:24:09 07/26/03 Sat [1]

She sent a scathing look at Dog Soldiers before taking a step back. Because, we should ALL know by now, Ellie has a giant soft spot for foals in her tough little heart. "Why does no one take me seriously? I get so much disrespect, despite my small stature," she said, intending it to be in jest but feeling disheartened once the words aired in the open. It was true. No one respected her, she had to get her greaters to say, 'Ok everyone, this is Ellie, I demand, out of respect of me, for you to respect her.' And she did appreciate the help but she wished she could stand on her own stout four legs.

Filla regains the reigns of her lashing temper, forcing her expression to become mute although no amount of control could hide the flames that had transformed her eyes. DOL deserved gratitude from the youth that was by no means being shown enough, and Magi was but a child...who was she to attack a back up. The problem was not that Magi didn't take Ellie seriously...it was the fact that she DID. Young demoness took the threat to the stally quite seriously, especially after he had entered quietly. Everyone had rights to how they felt, no one could pick them, lord knew if she could the filla would chose to remain stone cold over having her blood boil like that. Perhaps it was her immaturity, perhaps it was her personality, how could one tell at this age? The filla bows her crania, glaring up at Ellie and DOL with butterscotch gaze.

My lord came here peacefully, whatever he's done to tick you two off does not justify you jumping on him. I'm sorry about how I reacted, it's not my place and I don't know the history here. Still, I would have been respectful ma'am, had your second been. Eyes dim slightly as the filla returns her crania to it's hightened position, the yearling suddunly acting beyond her years. I don't ask you to over look how I acted and I sure don't ask for forgiveness, what I ask is for the respect of one leader to another. Dog Soldiers comes here and you treat him as if he was dirt. He's done nothing wrong, he didn't come asking for trouble. Please...give him that much. Filla stumbles slightly as she steps in front of Dog Soldiers, almost as if she could protect him. Don't do this to him.

He slowly glances over to the young filla who was sticking up for him, as much as he appreciate it he was in a great deal of pain and couldn't bare to speak a word. He slowly nodded to the youth before beginning ot walk out.

He allowed his head reamin low because he felt so pitiful and weak. Just before leaving the land he stops and looks back towards DOL. Perhaps this was going to be the last time he walked upon the light lands. He gave a little sniffle before turning and walking out.

[> ± Bloody Sunset ± -- Magic Hour, 10:13:04 07/27/03 Sun [1]

Redwood filla turns away from the two mares and bounds after Dog Soldiers. As the tips of her daggers make contact with the border, she haults long enough to look back over her shoulder, butterscotch gaze lost and confused. Young demon gives tiara a shake and turns her back on them again, returning to the land of her alpha once again.
