Subject: Taylor Law Unconstitutional

The union should fight the Taylor Law as being unconstitutional,under the 8th Amendment,
"Excessive bail shall not be required,nor excessive fines impossed,nor cruel or unusual punishments inflicted".
One million dollars a day is clearly an excessive fine,and 2 days pay for each individual is also an excessive five,not to mention cruel and unusual,since no precedent has ever been made in this kind of case.
