I agree about Y&R being ontop of it's game, but you know how partial I am to the other Bell show, B&B. Great soap opera.
I was watching the scene where Jill was trying to tell Billy that he and Mac were cousins and the only thing I liked about it was that I recognized "Season's Change," one of the score pieces that Y&R put on it's soundtrack ages ago.
And as far as two cosmetics lines launching and succeeding, aren't Jabot and Newman Enterprises the first two cosmetics companies in THAT area to launch a line for women of color? I'm thinking it's much more about who can outtrump who in getting the products on the shelf.
Haven't paid much attention the Isabella murder(although I think someone VERY CLOSE to Paul did it, and not Cricket), but I loved how Mary, normally quite conservative, got drunk and yelled obscenities in the room when Isabella turned up missing. LOL. Never thought I'd see Mary Williams, of ALL PEOPLE, lay one on like that.
And hey, Couchie, this will make you happy: I read some brilliant idea online that says Brittany should do a stripshow to the Nadia's Theme Porno Remix the show did years ago. LOL.
And I agree: Lindsay Fonseca and Christel Khalil are great as Colleen and Lily, respectively. And their best pal that they have with them is good too. If a show wants to know how to successfully integrate teengaers on a soap opera, THIS is the way to do it!
But I still love my B&B. Brooke Logan and all! I hope you have fun and stay safe on your trip!
