And when they did get Tomlin, SUBE went under a major
revamp pre-launch. I've heard the original bible and what premiered were two different things. This is why Pratt and Griffin, were never seen or heard from ever, except as co-creators in the credits.

>But Sunset Beach did revamp the show to a certain degree:

Cosmetic changes and a revamp are two different things.
When SUBE launched, it was exactly what Susan Lee wanted!
And she made damned sure no one screwed with her vision.
That witch even sabatoged AW in an attempt to boost SUBE's
pathetic ratings. She pressured NBC affiliates to air SUBE after DAYS, most of them told her where to go, but NBCs O&O station in Providence, RI did as she said. In Sept 1998, SUBE moved to 2pm after DAYS, AW moved to 3pm where it remained until its final episode, then of course SUBE was shifted back to 3pm, so Passions could air at 2pm, because by then, the gig was up for SUBE and Lee.

That all depends on what programming they can replace PC
with. Frons would be stupid to give that time back to the
affiliates. Of course if he has an itchy finger or wants to show the other soaps his power, PC will be gone FAST!
