>Hi ,
It doesn't seem to matter what age you are to get this disease. Fibromyalgia is very painful and very delibating. The best result so far that I have received is a drug called Neuortin. I am also on Elavil to help sleep but the Neuortin seems to make the everyday living with this pain more bearable. I never feel good anymore because I always have pain but I find the most important aspect in treating this chronic pain is training your mind to override this pain. Otherwise, it will depress you. Keep a strong will and I found that there is no other way to live with this but to fight with your self everyday to stay on top of this and not get depressed. Keep positive energy flowing to get you through each day. I know this is hard but I found I can't live any other way or I would be very unhappy dealing with this all the time. I also get physiotherapy from time to time but nothing really seems to last long but the best result I have had is the Neuortin to at least give me some kind of life.

I wish you all the best ,
Sincerely,
Rita
