Hi Helen

Some good news for you, and no this is not "snake oil". Have you ever heard of a product called propolis? It is made by bees from the sticky sap from trees, processed by the bee and taken back to the hive to "disinfect it. A bee keeper in B.C. produces this wonderful ointment that I know for fact would help you. Get a hold of Chilliwack River Valley Natural Honey, it's about 10.00 a jar, but it will be the best 10.00 dollars you have ever spent.

I don't have shingles, but it stopped a third degree burn from even transpiring. Do try it,..good luck and god bless,
