 hi , ineed some information about pain. have had 7 operations on one arm and 1 on the other. my roto cuff is tore and after 3 operations can not be repaired. i am in pain 24/7 and don't know how to get relief. have perscription drugs but don't like to take them in case i get addicted. also have very limited movement with arm. if anyone has any suggestions i would appreciate it. thank you. nanc
