I have fibromialga and the pain is unbearable. Sometimes i take so much medication i vomit. No one really understands. I go to a pain clinic and they have helped me deal with this. I even go to a shrink, just someone to talk to that wants to understand. Avoiding stress is hard and that has alot to do with it. Depression and anxiety has alot to do with it. All that makes the spasm worse.
I have other problems also. Tybo is not any way to fight this, when you can't even get out of bed!!! I have two herniated disc in my lower back that needs to be operated on, which i hardly think will happen. As of Dec. i had two herniated disc in my neck and had operated on. They removed the disc and used a bone bank to put back in place(from a dead person)and put a plate in my neck. They operated from the front, the cut is about 4 inch long by the side of my throat. Ever since the surgery the pain has been even worse. I can't get warm and always sleeping on a heating pad. Switching to ice to kill the nerve pain. The next step is massage therapy. Have had PT and aqua therapy which helps alot. Hot showers or baths. My grandchildren make me happy and that helps alot. I use a tens unit and that helps with the nerve pain. Any other suggestions please let me know. ZAZA
