Hi Monica. I also had the same surgery at the C4/5 & 5/6 levels..Oct 03. I have all of my previous symptoms plus more. No meds have helped and my Neurologist(In so many words)has told me to stay away from Physio. I have been doing accupuncture for 12 sessions now and I really do think they help. It gets me thro my week and I can manage things a little better. I also just had another MRI and it was clear...where do we go from here? Pls give Accup. a try...All the best, Linz
