I had a full discotomy in the Lumbar Spine area (L4/L5)in October 2002. I have never made a full recover, but I was able to walk again :)
I have started with accupuncture for the past 4 months and though there does not seem to be much improvement in pain. I am feeling healthier than ever (has been 4 years!!) and have recovered about 50 to 60 percent sensation back in my legs and feet.
Here is to finding a little bit of beauty and happiness in every day!!

Mel
