Subject: I forgot to mention, it was due for a change Ben. The way the team played, the lack of motivation from players, etc. Phil was going to go regardless if they would've won the championship or not. Also, don't buy that Shaq never wanted to leave crap either. Kobe or him had to go ..we just couldn't keep both of those egos for another 2-3 years. Plus you know the Heat aren't automatically given the rings. They're the "east" coast version of us ..Shaq and Wade with a bunch of scrubs on the bench.
