That means that no more such powers as Light, Darkness, Air, Fire et cetera will be given out. I will help each Mythical in turn come up with a unique power, one that fits his/her personality. At maximum there will be three different horses with the same power. Those who have duplicate powers already will keep them, but no more will be given out. Also, I have caught the scent on the air that magic is slowly fading. Therefore powers now take more time to practice and get right, and are not as powerful until you do so. Use your own sense- don't take months and months and months before you do it decently, but don't do it instantly. I have a request to make of everyone- if you see someone using their power to its full extent before around a month RL time, please come see me. Thank you. I would sincerely appreciate it if you here would play along with that. If you don't feel like bothering to think of creative powers, I will gladly do so for you.
