Sorry, I forgot to classify the activity in a clearer way. The communication activity proposed, due to its different parts, presents a balance in terms of focus between its social aspect and its functional aspect. In what concerns its fuctional effects, learners must be constantly conveying meanings competently in order for the interaction to prolong itself in a coherent and cohesive way in the dialogue in its specific situation - therefore, what is happening is a Processing of the information since there is a stimulus for communication that results in the talk (specially in the second part.)
